My midwife suggested putting cabbage leaves in my bra to regulate my milk supply as a nursing mother...I had an over abundance of milk and would leak constantly to the place I would wrap myself in towels.
Just poke a hole in the leaf for your nipple (or you will dry up all together)and wear for an hour or two at a time. You will be amazed although you will smell like warm cabbage.
