Dont forget that the essential oil of clove can be applied to cavities in teeth to stop pain.If the hole is large enough it can be put on a piece of cotton wool and pushed into the hole.Numbs your mouth and tongue but anythings worth a try when your tooth aches...

Cloves is a wonderful herb but there are several better choices for parisites that are stronger. With a parisite I would want use a powerful and specific herb. A few are garlic, wormwood, male fern, pomegranate, american wormseed, green walnut hulls just to mention a few. Cleansing the body is most important so they don't have garbage to live off of.

Jill,

I buy my bulk herbs, including cloves, from Dr. Christopher's Herb Shop in Springville and they are great quality. They can be linked to from this site: http://www.christopherwebsites.com.

Thank you so very much. I really look forward to your articles and learn from them.

I have read about cloves being used for at least part of the formula to rid ones self of parasites. What are your thoughts?

In the article it says: "When cloves are of good quality, they are fat, oily, and dark brown in color, and give out their oil when squeezed with the fingernail. When of poor quality, they are pale and dry and yield little oil."

Where can you find this quality of cloves?
