		<description>You are absolutely correct that most of it is GMO - you have to be very careful.

Asians tend to eat mostly fermented soy - Tofu (not all tofu is fermented, but some is), Soy Sauce, Miso, etc.

We certainly aren't encouraging in any way that people make soy a mainstay of their diet, but for most people we believe that a little soy added to a healthy diet is going to be fine.</description>

Most of the studies I have read re: soy in Asian cultures is that they do not eat the amount that is advertised and used in the American diet.  Clients tell me that since most of it is GMO anyway, most people tend to stay away from it.</description>
