On the section where it lists the oils and honey, why is it listed as a unit of weight in pounds rather than in units of volume such as liters or gallons?

I have no idea how much 20 lbs of oils would equate to volume wise =S.

Do I really comparitively eat THIS much food in one year 0.0?!~

Hopefully these are the kinds of foods you already use and would be familiar preparing for your family. If they are not begin experimenting and incorporating these foods into your diet today and enjoy the blessing of improved health. The more you become familiar with whole foods in your everyday diet the easier it is to prepare meals from a wholefoods food storage outline such as Yvonne's.
