The interest I have is primarily in getting the formulas so that I can prepare my own remedies at home. Using the formulas in the little old book, "Dr. Christopher's Three-Day Cleansing Program, Mucusless Diet and Herbal Combinations" has been a boon for me. Also the tapes of Dr. Christopher's lectures. Most of the herbs used are from the Rose Mountain Herb Comany in Oregon. Any other suggestions for a Twin Falls, Idaho resident? Is the Complete Tissue & Bone formula the same as the old BF&C? Diagnosis as diabetic several years ago has broadened my needs. I'm so grateful for the herbal world and for the recipes in their use. Thank you. Gail Harmon
