Is Red Rasberry recommended for menopausal symptoms/hot flashes, etc? I had a complete hysterecomy 10 years ago and was on hrt for several years. I got off the hrt recently but had terrible hot flashes. An employee at the local health food store recommended Red Rasberry. She and the owner said that they were both taking it with good results.
