What is the best way to combat this flu when pregnant? And what should be done with a fever? Is the cold-sheet treatment safe for the fetus when pregnant?

Brenda,

The formula now contains Garlic juice, Apple cider Vinegar, Glycerine, honey, Wormwood, Lobelia, Marshmallow Root, White Oak Bark, Black Walnut, Mullein Leaf, Gravel root, Plantain, and Aloe Vera Gel. The quality is the same - David very carefully and thoughtfully chose the ingredients to replace the comfrey.

Addison,

The only place I know it is available is on Disc 10 of Dr. Christopher's Herbal Lectures, available here:

http://www.christopherpublications.com/Herbal_Lectures_CD.html

That CD set is also included in Level 400 of the online School of Natural Healing.

I can tell you that most people who have tried to make it have found that for the time it takes to make it it is easier to just buy it. It is quite a complex and time-consuming formula to mix up. You can find an herb shop that sells it at:

What is the recipe to make your own Super Garlic Immune Formula? In the book it doesn’t have specific detail.

Thanks!
